He can also fly and when he is going really fast, he appears invisible to humans. He's a skilled inventor, lyre player, and thief. He can also recover from non-lethal wounds quickly. He was the fastest God.

Overall Appearance: Linus's eyes are hazel and his dark brown hair is very short, his skin has a light tan to it. He never wears anything pricey or fancy and it shows that he's not in the best of financial situation. He often has a cap on his head similar to the one he used to wear as Hermes, however there aren't any wings on it.

Overall Personality:
Linus is a creative soul, he takes great joy out of creating things but is upset when his creations don't work or backfire. He doesn't take pride in stealing just to survive, however he is willing enough to do it so he can. There is the desire to change his life around sadly he isn't sure on how to do that. He's a kind young man and is actually a very lively soul who is energetic but knows when it's best to keep all that energy under control and locked away. There are times where he does talk a bit strange, almost riddle like and it's hard for others to understand what he means though he quickly explains what he meant. He's a very determined person, this determination leads him to being a hard worker thought that is a bad thing when he works too long on something, and loyal to the friends he does make. Due to his many failures, he does sometimes doubt himself and the inventions he tries to make however that determination of his helps him from giving up.

Hermes was the messenger of the Gods, often moving freely between both worlds. Previous to that life though he was the King of Thieves and had a son who took on the role as Prince of Thieves named Autolycus who was a demigod due to his mother, Chione being a mortal. While he was the King of Thieves still, he grew tired of that life and didn't like it. When Zeus offered him the new job, he took it willingly and had grown to enjoy it. In his spare time he played the Lyre and inventing things.
Present Day History:
Linus was born to two poor gypsies who struggled to make ends meet. Often the family had to pickpocket to get money for food and thus they taught their son how to do it as well. When he wasn't learning how to pickpocket, he was often alone coming up with ideas on something to build. Even though he stayed determined to create something that worked, it often backfired and ended badly. So far he's lived his whole life this way, moving up from pickpocketing from time to time to stealing items from homes. He's never harmed anyone though when he's stealing and doesn't want to. He does want to change his life around but he's unsure on how to do that.
